Quantum Reach provides SEO reporting, analytics summaries, monitoring, and related software tools through the domain quantum-reach.digital. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, dashboard, and connected reporting services.

3 Google API Data and OAuth Access

If you connect Google services, we access only the data required to provide reporting features you enabled. Typical access includes read-only Search Console and Analytics data and basic account identity information used for sign-in and account mapping.

OAuth Scope Mapping (What We Request and Why)

• openid / email / profile: Used to authenticate your account and map your Google sign-in to your Quantum Reach account.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly: Read-only Google Search Console metrics (queries, clicks, impressions, average position, index visibility) to build your SEO reports.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly: Read-only GA4 metrics (sessions, users, engagement, conversions) to generate report sections and trend summaries.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage (only if Google Business Profile features are enabled): GBP business insights and profile performance data used for local reporting modules.

We do not request Google Contacts scopes. If a scope is not required for an enabled feature, we do not use it.

• We use Google user data solely to provide and improve your requested reporting features.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not use Google user data for advertising.
• We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.
• Human access to Google user data is limited to support, security, legal compliance, and operations, and only when required.

Google API Services User Data Policy: Quantum Reach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

4 How We Use Information

• Provide SEO reports, insights, and monitoring you requested.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Process subscriptions, invoicing, and account administration.
• Send service emails (report delivery, operational notices, and support updates).

5 Data Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the service:
