1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quantum Reach, including our website, dashboard, reports, monitoring, integrations, and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2 Services Provided

Quantum Reach provides SEO reporting software and related services, including analytics integrations, automated report generation, email delivery workflows, uptime monitoring, and white-label presentation features. Feature access and limits depend on your selected plan.

3 Accounts and Eligibility

• You must provide accurate account, onboarding, and billing information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
• You must keep access to connected third-party services (for example, Google properties) that are required for report generation.
• You agree not to misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

4 Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance based on your selected tier and billing interval. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may suspend or limit service for failed or overdue payments.

5 Google Integrations and API Terms

Some features require access to Google APIs and products such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Quantum Reach to access only the scopes required for enabled product features.

• openid / email / profile: account authentication and user identity mapping.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly: read-only Search Console reporting metrics.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly: read-only GA4 reporting metrics.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage (if enabled): Google Business Profile reporting and local visibility insights.

Quantum Reach does not require Google Contacts scopes for normal platform usage.

• You may revoke Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• If Google access is revoked, reporting and related features may be reduced or unavailable.
• You agree to comply with applicable third-party terms, including Google API policies, for accounts and properties you connect.

6 Data Use and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process connected data to provide requested reporting functionality and operational support. We do not sell connected Google user data and do not use such data for advertising.

Quantum Reach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

7 Intellectual Property

Quantum Reach retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, workflows, templates, and related materials, except for customer-provided data and content. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the platform except as permitted by law.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quantum Reach to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or credential abuse.
• Transmit malware, harmful code, or abusive automated traffic.
• Use the service in a way that materially harms platform reliability or security.

9 Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, or legal risk. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Termination may result in loss of access to historical reports and connected workflows, subject to applicable retention and legal obligations.

10 Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Reach disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
